Flat-packed items are checked before they are boxed and the hardware is counted against the manual. Pieces that need two people to lift are marked on the product page.
If a doorway or balcony is tight, send us the width and we will check it against the supplier dimensions before you order.

Can the furniture stay outside in the rain?
The frame and finish are stated on each listing. Cushions should be brought in or stored in a dry box when the weather turns; standing water shortens the life of any outdoor piece.
